A tiny hole-in-the-wall with the heart of a full Korean street stall. You walk in and get hit with that cozy, make-your-own-ramen vibe — shelves of options, including Indomie (my nostalgic weakness), and a whole setup that feels straight out of Seoul. My husband and I ordered the donkatsu with fried chicken, and wow the portions were huge, crispy, and so satisfying. And then the desserts? Ice cream and cakes that hit the perfect sweet spot. The prices are surprisingly affordable, and the owner is genuinely some of the kindest people you’ll meet. Slip, slurp, and enjoy because this spot is such a gem.

The DIY ramyun was the highlight: an interactive, hands-on bowl that turns a quick meal into an event. The build-your-own setup is intuitive and generous — a wide array of toppings (think fresh and pickled additions, proteins, and textural accents) lets you calibrate heat, texture, and umami precisely to your taste. It was a lot of fun to assemble, and the finished bowl hit every note I wanted: slurpable broth, satisfying chew, and bold seasoning that never felt one-dimensional. I brought my stepdaughter and her friend here. The owners were SO KIND and welcoming. They helped the girls pick out their ramen, their drinks, and make the food. My baby was fussy and she gave him little candies to eat and play with. Their food selection was huge and the quality was excellent. The cheese /pork katsu was made to order and amazing! We all tried a different flavor of ramen and loved them all. My daughter was really excited about the dalgona cookies also!!! What a treat and a truly friendly and fun experience. Worth every penny and we will DEFINITELY be back.

If you love instant ramen and Korean comfort food, this place is heaven! Slurp & Sip Valencia is such a fun and unique spot. They have an entire wall stocked with every kind of ramen you can imagine – Korean, Japanese, spicy, mild, you name it. You pick your favorite ramen, then customize it with tons of toppings like cheese, sausage, dumplings, or even spam. There are free toppings too (lime, green onion, cilantro, jalapeño) which makes it even better. The self-serve ramen cookers are super easy to use, and it’s fun to watch your bowl come together. The staff is really friendly and always happy to help if it’s your first time. Besides ramen, their menu has great options like donkatsu bowls, shrimp rice bowls, fried rice, and Korean corn dogs. Everything we tried was delicious and really satisfying. The shop itself is bright, clean, and has a fun vibe. There are tables to eat inside, and the wall full of post-it notes from customers adds a nice personal touch. Definitely recommend this place whether you’re craving a quick lunch, a late-night ramen fix, or just want to try something fun and different. I’ll be coming back to try more flavors!

The ramen is so good here and the lady that owns it is so sweet! I go here literally all the time but today I couldn’t go I was feeling sick. My boyfriend went and she was so nice when she heard I wasn’t able to come get some she sent over some strawberry cookies for me 🥹. 10/10 stars seriously!!!! She always has a smile and is very attentive and kind! Love you guys thank you!!! 💗
